Booking Policies & Information
Appointment times may only be available 1-3 week(s) in advance. We ask that patients anticipate their needs and book appointments as far in advance as possible. This ensures that you are able to receive the health care you need, when you need it.
Out of respect for other patients who have appointments with Dr. Wang and because OHIP only covers 1 issue, per patient, per visit, we ask that you refrain from booking multiple appointments with Dr. Wang in a single day or addressing multiple health issues in one visit. Multiple bookings in the same day will result in your appointments' cancellations without notice. Exceptions to this policy include appointments for vaccines, adult injections, PAPs/swabs, forms, ear flushes, or private pay services.
Forms can take up to 60 days to be completed.
We do not prescribe any controlled substances.
Patients may be banned from booking their appointments online if they book multiple appointments in 1 day, miss an appointment without 24-hours notice, or cancel 2 or more appointments without 24-hours notice.
Please note the standard fee for appointments missed without a minimum of 24-hours notice is $50. Missed preventative health reviews incur a cost of $100.
On Call Doctor
There is an on call doctor Monday-Friday and Saturdays. Appointments for on call doctors must be made during our regular hours of operation and are reserved for urgent, same-day issues. Urgent, same-day issues include the following: urinary tract infections, strep throat, sprained ankles etc. Medical concerns that have been ongoing for weeks or months are not
eligible to be seen by the on call physician.
