If you have moved out of the KW area, we will only be able to provide you 3 months of medical care. After the 3 months, we can no longer remain your doctor and you will need a new physician.

After recent events, our Zero-Tolerance Policy has been updated to more explicitly outline breaches of the policy pertaining to sexual harassment. Sexual harassment is considered abusive and may result in a patient's termination from Dr. Wang's care.
We do not take this issue lightly, and decisive action will be taken when sexual harassment occurs.
By attending a walk-in clinic, you are breaking the contract you made with Dr. Wang when you joined her clinic, and the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) recognize this as valid grounds to be released from the practice.

If you require medical records to be sent to a specialist prior to an appointment with them, let our office know as early as possible. Letting us know you need medical records sent to a specialist with too short notice may result in those records not making it to the specialist in time.

Calling multiple times to confirm if records have been sent consumes administrative resources and slows down our ability to complete tasks, like faxing medical records to specialists.
If you require a prescription renewal, please have your pharmacy fax your request to 226-647-5788. There is a $20 fee for faxed refills or you can call the office to book an appointment.

You should have an appointment booked well in advance to ensure you don't run out. If you run out of medications while waiting for your appointment, your pharmacy will give you an emergency supply.
Any missed regular appointments will result in a $50.00 no show fee. Any missed preventive health review appointments will result in a $100.00 no show fee. This will be charged to the patient if not cancelled within 24 hours notice.
